Insider Tips:
- Passengers over 265 lbs must purchase an additional seat
- Plan to take your time on the drive from Waikiki to Turtle Bay.

- Height and Weight needed, YOU MUST BRING YOUR PICTURE I.D. FOR SECURITY PURPOSES. Children under the age of 2 fly free on a parent's lap.
- Restrictions:
- Must be 8 years or older to participate.
Guests weighing between 250-300 lbs will be assessed a Capacity surcharge of $50 for Kona flights and $25 for Hilo and Oahu flights.
Guests paying the capacity surcharge will be guaranteed a window seat.
All guests weighing over 300 lbs will be assessed a Capacity surcharge of 1/2 of a seat at regular price.
The guest will be guaranteed a window seat and half of the seat next to them.
All guests weighing 350 lbs and over are required to buy 2 seats.
They will be guaranteed a window seat and an empty seat next to them.
