Kauai Arrival Airport Shuttle
We offer Lihue airport shuttle transportation to different areas of
Kauai, including Lihue, Kapa'a, Wailua, Poipu and Princeville areas.
Please note: Lihue hotels only applies to the Kauai Marriott Resort.

Airport Shuttle Inclusions:
- Transfer via air-conditioned shuttle between Lihue airport
and Lihue hotels, Kapa'a/Wailua hotels, Poipu hotels or
Princeville hotels
- Baggage handling
- Courteous and professional driver
Additional Baggage:
Each guest is allowed 2 suitcases and 1 hand carry-on. There are no
extra fees for children's car seats, strollers and wheelchairs.
Additional baggage is extra and paid directly when you arrive at your
shuttle, as noted below.
$10.00 for each additional standard size suitcase (per piece)
$25.00 for Heavy boxes or luggage over 50 lbs or musical instruments (per piece)
$40.00 for surfboard (6' or less)
$40.00 for bicycles (must be dismantled)

- Where and When:
- Arrival: You will be met as you exit your flight. The sign will say "Roberts Hawaii". The representative will be in a yellow Aloha shirt. If representative is not at your gate, please go to baggage claim, pick-up a courtesy phone, and let them know you need Roberts Hawaii and your location.

- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from service day are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from service day are non-refundable. If you would like to make a change to your reservation outside of 48 hours, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate. Infants are required to sit on a parent's lap.
