Outfitters Kauai Kayaking Hike and Optional Picnic Tour
Be Indiana Jones for a day by taking a pleasant downwind kayak and hiking trip on the Hule'ia River - the filming site for Raiders of the Lost Ark!
This beautiful and historic jungle stream features calm, mirrored
waters, and an incredible variety of beautiful jungle flora and fauna.
When the river gets shallow, your guide will lead you on a 3/4-mile hike
to an enchanting area of waterfalls and swimming holes. On the way
back, rather than paddling your kayak into a stiff wind, you'll be
picked up in a twin-hulled powered Hawaiian canoe for the return trip
(cheating, but nobody complains.)
Here's what you'll get:
- A great paddle on the Huleia River
- Short walk to a beautiful area of waterfalls and swimming holes
- Take a swing on a rope into a deep-water mountain pool
- Enjoy snacks and cold drinks at a pretty little waterfall
- A fun river cruise on board of a motorized Hawaiian canoe
- Tour includes snacks and cold beverages
