- Guests must check-in at the Atlantis Submarine ticket office on Alii Drive located across from the Kailua-Kona Pier.

Check-in required 30 minutes before the scheduled submarine tour time.
Atlantis Submarine tours depart seven days a week beginning at 10:00 a.m. weather permitting
- Requirements:
- Children must be a minimum of 36" in height to ride the submarine. Each guest is required to independently navigate a nearly vertical 7-step ladder into and out of the submarine.

If prone to getting seasick, we recommend taking precautions the day before the tour as well as the day of the tour.
- Special Notes:
- Carseat Law: Children ages seven (7) years & younger MUST ride in a child safety seat while traveling in a motor vehicle. A free carseat is available to you by the transportation company. Children that are taller than four-feet, nine-inches (4'9") are exempt. Children that weigh more than eighty (80) pounds are exempt. Children age eight (8) years & older are exempt. The fine for a violation of the Hawaii Car Seat Law is $500! Request for a car seat at the time of booking please.

- Underwater tour time is 45 minutes. Shuttle boat ride from the pier to the submarine site plus transfer is 5 minutes each way.
For tours on 5/16, 5/26, 6/13, 9/5, 9/6, or 9/7 please note the tour will be approx 1 hour & 45 minutes from start to finish due to the change in check in location.
